Exchange policy
Exchange is valid within 10 days of making the purchase.
Please ensure the garment is unused and is intact with the original packaging.
Items marked sold out will not be eligible for exchange.
FAQ - Exchange
- How can I process the exchange?
You can DM us on Instagram @thenativevarnam and we will send out a form, complete the form and the exchange will be processed from our end.
We will send the pick up executive to your place in 24-48 hours. This process will cost an extra 190 rupees that will be borne by you. Alternatively you can choose to courier us the package with a courier service of your choice.
NOTE: If the order doesn't have the original packaging, exchange will not be processed and will be returned to you.
- What to do if I receive a defective product?
We click pictures of our product and are well documented before shipping. Although each product we ship out goes through a quality control check before being shipped, if you receive one that has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within the 10 day return window for a replacement or a refund. Please use the same procedures as mentioned above for exchanges if you have received a defective product. For the team to look into the damage, you will need to upload pictures of it. If the item is still in stock, we will replace it, If not we'll refund the amount paid when it is returned.
- Is there a return pick up service for exchange?
Yes, we provide service that enables door step pick up how ever this comes with an extra charge of 190 rupees borne by you.
Alternatively, you can send the items you wish to exchange through a courier service of your choice, the address will be shared to you via DM.
FAQ - Shipping
- Will I receive a tracking link for my order?
Yes, once the order is dispatched from our end, you will receive a tracking link for your order to the registered mobile number and to the registered mail Id. The order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and you will receive the link after that.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes a day or 2 to dispatch the order from end. Once dispatched you will receive the order in 3-4 days. In total it takes around 7 business days to receive the order.
